This colourful tulip illustration represents the hope, resilience, and positivity of the arts community that has managed to spring back after 2 years of pandemic isolation. In January 2023, Hope Springs Eternal was exhibited on the fences by Bay 12 by XOXO Downsview as part The Perimeter Project along with works by 24 other artists. The Perimeter Project uses the fencing around Downsview as a canvas for local art.
